How do I order?
Start with the quote form and email your artwork separately. We’ll review your request and send a quote with a Jim payment link. Production begins after the required upfront payment and your written proof approval.
What artwork should I send?
Please email your original artwork at its highest available quality to 7citiesgraphixs@gmail.com, with your name in the subject. A high-resolution PNG with a transparent background is preferred. If you have a print-ready vector file, such as SVG or PDF, you may send that instead. Not every PNG has a transparent background. If you do not have artwork yet, describe your idea in the quote request.
When is payment due?
First-time customers: Full payment is required before production begins.
Returning customers: Payment covering materials is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon delivery. We’ll send your payment link with your quote.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround times vary based on your order’s details and material availability. Your expected completion date will be confirmed with your quote. Please include your needed-by date in your request.
Do you offer pickup and shipping?
Local pickup is available by arrangement in Virginia Beach, VA. Pickup details are provided privately. Shipping is available for local and out-of-area customers. We use Pirate Ship for discounted shipping rates. Shipping costs are paid by the customer and included in your quote.
Do I approve the design before production?
Yes. Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, names, numbers, artwork, and placement. Production begins only after written approval. We keep your approved proof and written approval as a record of the agreed design.
Can I change or cancel my order after approval?
Refunds are not available for customer cancellations or changes of mind after written approval. We’re happy to discuss revisions, but additional charges and production time may apply. Any revised costs and completion date will be confirmed before proceeding.
What happens if there is a production error?
If we identify a printing or production error, we’ll contact you promptly to discuss a resolution based on the issue and your needed-by date. We’ll make every effort to find a solution you’re happy with. Options may include correcting or reprinting the affected items, a discount if you agree to an extended timeline, or a refund excluding material costs. We’ll discuss and agree on the resolution with you before proceeding.
Can I supply my own shirts?
Yes. Please provide one extra shirt for time and temperature testing, plus one extra shirt in each size ordered to cover potential production mistakes. Any unused extras will be returned with your completed order. These extras are required when supplying your own shirts to help cover testing and production risk.
